Updated to 1.6.2

Updated factions compatibility to 1.6.x, 1.7.x, 1.8.x and 2.0.x

Added vault support! This means we will support almost every permissions plugin. If vault is found, pex wil be overridden.
If vault is not found, We will try to use pex instead.

Added config options:
- overridekickmessage: Whether LoginPremium should remove the default kick message or not
- overridemessages: Whether loginprmeium should remove the old messages(login/logout) or not
You can ofcourse set these values trhough commands:
/lp s overridemessages true/false
