• Fixed permission name ('logincensor.permission' instead of 'login.permission')
• Added bypassing based on IP and/or permission
• Updated /list command to include allowed IPs
• Updated /reload command to create config if it's missing
• Added configurable logging of the plugin's actions
• Fixed up plugin.yml (removed 'save' from the usage section)

Config updated, don't forget to delete your current config
