LampControl
Easily control your redstone lamps or rails.
What is LampControl?
LampControl allows you to control your redstone lamps or rails by clicking on it. You don't need redstone to power anything!
This plugin is lightweight and does not use any files or anything like that. That super Java Reflection says that this one is compatible with whole bunch of versions! Performance is faster, new WorldEdit 7.0 is supported and much more features are coming! Awesome, right?
How it works?
Well, if you are OP or you have permissions for lampcontrol.use, you can easily turn your lamps on with just right click. You can also use WorldEdit with commands /lampon (alias /onlamp) or /lampoff (alias /offlamp).
Config file
language: en -> default is en, you can make your own if you want
debug: false
=== Permissions ===
- lampcontrol.command.on - Allows using "/lampcontrol on" command
- lampcontrol.command.off - Allows using "/lampcontrol off" command
- lampcontrol.rightclick - Allows changing states of powerable or lightable blocks with right click on them

Just submitted an update! Should appear soon.
@lululombard
The 1.9.4 update doesn't seem to be working. First chance I got to test it.
Hey guys sorry I've been MIA. haha. I'd like to keep updating the plugin (its not that hard to do) and so I will! Just give me a day or so here to find some time to get it done.
@lululombard
I haven't seen Jacklink in a hot minute. There is another fellow that has LampControl listed on Spigot's resource page. They've frozen development temporarily. Link: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/lampcontrol-development-temporary-suspension-i-am-sorry.20422/
I'm just happy somebody is keeping it up. =)
@lululombard
How do I make this work? I'm not sure exactly what to do! Thanks for updating!
Updated for 1.9.4 : Link Removed: http://www.mediafire.com/download/4mtkc9j76abeng7/LampControl(2).jar
If jacklink01 wants, I can be a new dev for the project.
Updated version for 1.9 : Link Removed: http://www.mediafire.com/download/fhyvakvzg4gyhco/LampControl.jar Please notice it is not backwards compatible with 1.8. If the authors wants to update the source or if you are curious, here is the source code (edited from the 2.5.6 from Github, version changed to 2.5.5 to avoid the auto-updater notice for an update that is now a downgrade) : Link Removed: http://www.mediafire.com/download/1ifdtcc86mk950k/LampControl_src.zip
Does not work with Bukkit 1.9. Please update. Thanks!
does not work on 1.9 Spigot, please make an update
@Mrlost48
That would be because the number 100 is not between 0 and 100...as it tells you. The equivalent of the command you are attempting is just /lamp with no number.
When I run lamp 100 I get this error: "Percentage must be between 0 and 100!"
There appears to be a bug where the redstone lamp sucks up all the glowstone you're holding instead of one glowstone.
I have absolutely fallen in love with this plugin. The last few days i have gotten this error while trying to use the plugin: This version of Craftbukkit is not compatible! Try /lc update. Although when i try doing that command it tells me that there arent any other updates available. My Craftbukkit version is: git-Bukkit-"24557bc" (MC: 1.8) (Implementing API version 1.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
@DjSmeXhy
Right now
When on Spigot?
Working on Jenkins build 488 - Craftbukkit 1.8.7.
Thanks a lot jacklink01! =) When I have more to throw around I'll kick ya some loot.
@jacklink01 Working, thanks :)
@jacklink01
Thank you for update!
Thanks for all the work you do in keeping this plugin up-to-date. It's a small plugin but its a big plus for server owners like myself.
@EarlyReflex
I'm glad the plugin works so well for you! We love it on our server too and honestly can't imagine living without it.
Regardless of whether or not I include the version check in the plugin, the main code that is used to actually keep the lamps on requires a change with every new version. It's kind of a frustrating, but understandable rule that Bukkit/Spigot places on certain code.
I'm going to work on an update today!
