Important Notes for Guilds V1.4.1.0

- Implemented 30+ bug fixes! [probably some still left, report them!]

- Implemented a bunch of new (small) features like adjustable guild/rank name mins/maxs, banned guild names, etc

- Implemented several other small features which escape my memory at this time because it is 6AM; Yahtze and I are going to re-write all the plugin guides and info pages this week so you guys have good documentation.

- Implemented admins ability to delete guilds via command

- SEPARATED THE CONFIGS into 5 different configs, with explanations for most of the settings inside the files! READ THOSE!
