Crash on Kingdom creation - SQLite error #13

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Install as per instructions without a MySQL database.
    2. Login to server and attempt to create a kingdom.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    I expected to see notices about a new kingdom.

    Instead, I get a wall of this before the server crashes:
    [WARNING] [Kingdoms] [SQLite] Error at SQL Query: query does not return ResultSet

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.2 on CB 1.1-R5

    Would really like this to work on my server.  Multiverse support would be incredibly useful for us too.
