Players can now leave phantom kingdoms with /k leave (Not tested)
Created config option to set /k claim and /k invade costs
Fixed a bug where power cells can be placed by renaming items in anvil
Added chemical mine
Halved all Mine resource point costs
Added /k admin fix, which fixes all current phantom kingdoms and wrong land counts, at the cost of a few seconds of lag, depending on your players.yml and kingdoms.yml size.
Now turning on and off the server will fix phantom kingdoms.
