• added '/killcounter resetall' command, resets all stored kills in kills.properties to 0
  
• changed 'current path' - logmessage to 'current data path'
  
• added '/highscore' command
  
• added 'killcounter.highscore.see' permission - gives player access to see the highscore without the playername
  
• added 'killcounter.highscore.seeplayer' permission - gives player access to see the highscore with the playername who holds it
