COMPLETE NEW UPDATE:

* Updated config file with many more options

* You can now disable killcam in certain worlds!

* Permissions bug fixed

* Reload command now reloads the config file too

* Optional ending tool to manually end killcam just like the "f" key in call of duty

* Optional sound when killcam is over

* Made kill messages optional
