Added the option to spawn the bat and the other creatures with a sign and redstone current. This feature is disabled by default.
To enable this feature, set "enablesign" to be "yes" in config.yml. The mechanism is activated with a sign whose first line is "[killthebat]". The second line is optional and lets you set the creature type (e.g. Cow). Non-op users cannot set those signs.
