v1.5 ~ FINALLY RELEASED!

+ Potion empty bottle despawning.
+ Added an alert for an outdated config.
~ You can now disable messages sent when a player is blocked of an item drop by making the message "" in the config!
~ Ability to set wether blocked item drops are given back to the player
~ Motified some permissions.

*Note: Please remember to erase your config and generate a new one! (Keep your old one to copy your old settings to the new one!)
