jCommands is developed by Jozeth and is a lightweight plugin which currently has more than 50 commands such as /day to /boom, you can manage a small server off of this plugin.
Once you've installed the .jar on to your server and started it, a 'players' folder will be created, ready for player configs.
Quote:This plugin utilizes an external version checking system, which means that the plugin makes a connection to curseforge.com and the following may occur:
- The plugins version checked against approved files
- Downloading of the plugin files
- Launching of the plugin files downloaded
You can disable the check and/or automated download via the configuration of this plugin.
Find the commands and permissions here!
Works with PermissionsEx and PermissionsBukkit or another permissions plugin which hooks into Bukkit's native permissions.
In jCommands there are two statistic trackers (MCStats.org). My stats tracker currently only picks up start ups (whenever you reload or start your server a counter goes up by one). These features can be disabled in the config.
- Added /time
- Added /getnames [player]
- Name changes are in each player's config
- Online staff (jcommands.moderators & jcommands.admins) are alerted when a player joins with a different name to last time
- /getnames works in the console
- Fixed typos and some permissions in the plugin.yml
- Changed command aliases from, "jc" to "jc_"
- Removed Warp features and added them to 'jCommands Warps' - http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/jcommands-warps/
- Release of jCommands' first add-on, jCommands Warps
- Removed logging of commands
- Changed namespace
- Removed /savedata
Version 2.0.1
- Updated to CB 1.7.9-R0.2
- You can now import your warps from jWarp - This will overwrite any warps with the same name
- Added /importwarps
- Added /getuuid <player>
- /getuuid & /importwarps work in the console
Version 2.0.1b
- Updated to CB 1.7.9-R0.1 and can run on CB 1.7.9-R0.2
- Removed an unused class
- A player's name within their own config will change if that player changes their name
- Fixed a bug when converting a player's config when joining
- Fixed the 'IOException error' in v2.0.1a
- Fixed a bug in /ban

@Jozeth
yeah I found that it was a world naming error ;) but it still spammed me. Thanks.
@Dr_Bunsen
In v1.1.7a it will send a message instead off spamming your console with errors. Check your world names to the one in players.yml
@Jozeth
oops, indeed forgot the bukkit version, its the 1.4.2-R0.2-b2455jnks (API 1.4.2-R0.2) and he set his home, but isnt able to teleport, and his home is on the same world as he is in.
I will download the new version and ask him to teleport ;)

@Dr_Bunsen
Doesn't found out the problem. That player was trying to teleport home whilst he/she was in another word to the one saved in the players.yml.
@Dr_Bunsen
Version of Bukkit please... Also was their home world edited or home location?
Hi,
I saw my server log, and noticed this:
http://pastebin.com/exnwmiXZ
I don't know if this is actually not working, but players have been telling me that /spawn and /home was killing them. But as the bukkit still beta, I don't blame you, just a heads up(same goes for jwarp).

@Darkllama23
I came up with a solution for the bug with commands.yml last time, so I might implement it for v1.1.7 or a dev build, to test it out.
Thanks for adding the reason to ban, but i liked the commands.yml to disable commands, but make sure they are disable this time please and thanks.
@Thewolfforever
Do you have a permissions plugin?
The players cant do /spawn (You dont have permissions)
Please help
Download v1.1.6 here: http://www.dl.jozethdev.com/jcommands/bukkit/v1-1-6/
@aaronschade
I don't think it's a bug. Let me explain: When you teleport to an unloaded chunk (was the warp FAR away with no one around it) you are help up in mid-air with flight enabled (to stop you from falling and suffocating in the blocks below) then it is disabled (so it disables the flight in /fly), so they can't fly after teleporting safely. This should be easy to fix, just put a check to see if they're flying then stop it disabling.
Thanks for reporting it was about to release v1.1.6
small, but annoying bug: after a warp, you cant fly. you have to restart the "/fly" function to enable it again.
Please add time for mute, god and ban :)
@Ainurthe
Thanks
@Darkllama23
I agree to Darkllama33's suggestions. The /jail commands will be useful. Also, I am quite desperate about the /ban and /kick parameters. I was annoyed why I couldn't change the message for kicking (e.g. /kick AnnoyingGriefer for griefing) Also, time parameters with the ban command sounds sweet
Great plugin, I have tons of ideas for this plugin but for now... can you please add /sethome 1/2/3/4... ( and /home 1/2/3/4) and so on... until the plugin cant regonizes the number (unlimited homes will be nice) or the perms stop you. Thanks.
BTW I has no bugs with this plugin.
is there any compatability for vannila servers?(not bukkit)
