• Updated to work with CB 1.4.5, which isn't available as an RB, but still...
• Fixed MySQL "row size too large" exceptions.
• Fixed JSON string encoding for embedded quotes (effects writtent books on player stats page).
• Fixed CSS for paginator on player list page.
• Players marked as online when a server crashes or is shutdown will be marked as offline when the server restarts.
• Added more inventory images.
