InfChests
What is InfChests?
InfChests is a simple plugin that lets you create chests that will never run out. (Infinite)
Features:
- Infinite Chests
- Infinite Dispeners
- BETA 2 - Timer support!
How does it work?
It works easier and even better than before.
There are 2 types of chests you can create, one with your own contents. or with a specific contents.
InfChests uses signs to read information. To make a chest infinite that you already have designed, simply place a sign above, behind or near the chest and place on the first line our plugin tag: "[infchest]". - without the quotes.
If you want to make a chest infinite with 1 specific item (fills the chest with a item and never runs out), simply place a sign anywhere and place on the first line our plugin tag: "[infchest]". - without the quotes. on the second line you fill in the item you want to be in the chest. for example: Red Wool.
Now you have infinite chests!
For more detailed instructions and pictures: A basic tutorial right here.
BETA 2 - Timer support Beta 2 has a new timer support feature. The timer is used to wait before it refills again. Use the third line on the signs to specify a time in minutes. This example below is a custom contents chest with a 30 minute delay before it refills. [infchest]
30m (Only minutes supported now, more in final version, only paste the m after the minutes you want to wait before refill!)
Permissions: "infchests.create"
Protection:
You can use LWC to protect your chests and/or Dispensers!
What happened with 1.0?
InfChests 1.0 is a rewritten and improved plugin. I did this because I didn't like how I developed a year ago. And now it's much more stable.
1.0a is rewritten and as of now a alpha version. That means that it's not a full version, because i'm still writing it and it's not finished yet.
You may wonder why I release it now and not when I'm 100% finished? That is because I write plugins to make you happy.
I want to suite your needs. If you have any feedback, bugs, requests or ideas, I love to hear them all. So I can improve InfChests to be a better plugin.
I know some of the users are disappointed that it doesn't have dispenser support anymore. But don't worry, It will be back in the beta of 1.0.
The way I'm going to release my plugins from now on is that I'll start with Alpha versions. I build a beta version using feedback that I got from the users. I'll improve the beta versions based on feedback form the beta. After that the final product should have taken shape the 'release candidate' will appear. If after bugs fixes i'm happy and the users are happy then I'll release it as a official 1.0 release.
Works on R4? :D

Yes this requires Vault, I'll make a big update in a few days to 1.1 which will Vault be optional.
Does this require Vault? I got this error in the console first time running the server with the plugin:
13:03:26 [SEVERE] Could not load 'plugins/InfChests.jar' in folder 'plugins' org.bukkit.plugin.UnknownDependencyException: Vault at org.bukkit.plugin.SimplePluginManager.loadPlugins(SimplePluginManager.java:195) at org.bukkit.craftbukkit.CraftServer.loadPlugins(CraftServer.java:213) at org.bukkit.craftbukkit.CraftServer.<init>(CraftServer.java:189) at net.minecraft.server.ServerConfigurationManager.<init>(ServerConfigurationManager.java:53) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.init(MinecraftServer.java:166) at net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer.run(MinecraftServer.java:432) at net.minecraft.server.ThreadServerApplication.run(SourceFile:492)
Can you add a feature so players can't leave an area with the items. I have a tree farm and some players are taking saplings and selling them at the spawn shop for more money.
@DeadIntermediate
How did you put the sign and what did you use it for?
Did you get a message from the plugin that it was successful or something?
I put up the sign and follow the instructions and it didnt work.

@kahlilnc
It's reasonably stable now since the beta. The beta will be fully compatible with the future releases.
@ursak
Yes, InfChests have exited longer than SupplySigns and it's different because it has some amazing features that could be handy for RPG servers.
Not yet, I've planned more advanced features for future versions of InfChests like 1.1.
Early alpha release of 1.1 will be also contain new features that could be extremely handy for RPG servers.
Is there any difference between this and SypplySigns? (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/supplysign/) besides being more updated?
@theniels17
there are permissions: "infchests.create";
could you make permissions so only admins can make infchest otherwise this is just an item duplicator and they can sell it in the adminshop and everyone becomes a millionair
Cool :D I will dl and use after its completely stable, can't wait
Preparing beta with bug fixes,
Planned amazing handy new features for 1.1 already.
Designing logo for beta,
Designing tutorial for beta.
Beta stage will be 7 days. If after that 7 days there are no bugs a (release candidate) will be released.
If in the beta stage of 7 days bugs will be found or things that can be improved a new beta with bugfixes will released. After those 7 days from the release of the first beta a RC (Release Candidate) version will be released.
Status of the project will be Release Candidate for 7 days and then the full version will be released.
It can go faster if I have the time and everything just works well and stable.
@WMisiedjan
Delayed because of code fixes and new features ideas. Will release screenshot tutorial when beta is there, video tutorial / showoff when full release is here.
I'll create a screenshot based tutorial right now, and will release a video on the same time as the official release of InfChests is released.
Screenshot Tutorial is going to be up any moment.
Just an idea, what about infinite inventory?
Yes, I don't seem to be able to make infinite dispensers - I thought you said you had added support for this in the latest version?
Hello, Can you tell me how to make dispensers with the plugin or post a picture on how? Thanks!
If no big bugs are reported in this version it will be released to beta with some minor improvements within the code.
