Regenerate your config!

A lot of features have been added. I'll do my best to remember them all.

• Updated to 1.6.4
• Custom messages can now be set in the config.yml (All features below are obviosly higly configurable)
• Added an option to display days to wait
• Added a broadcast option with name of block, owner and coordinates

• Added economy support through vault
• Added cost to open locks
• Added all appropriate configurable messages for new features
• Added configurable prefix
• Language support is now available (languages are going to be added directly into the plugin)
• Many bug fixes

The economy aspect of the plugin has not been tested, If somebody could tell me of any bugs that occur in the bug tracker I would be grateful.

When a player name is too long to fit on a sign and gets truncated, the plugin fails to find find the correct player and the player results inactive since he has never come online. (This only happens with usernames longer than 15 characters)

When freed blocks name starts with a vowel the broadcast message doesn't contain "an" instead of "a"
