Bumped revision for CB 1.10, nothing actually new.

There are some things that doesn't work properly:

- Generating a new Dagobah world will most likely overload your server. CB 1.10 has some performance issues.
- Spawn eggs won't be present in newly generated loot chests due to missing API's in CB 1.10

Biome handling was changed in 1.9 which means that if you use this plugin on a previously generated HothGenerator (pre 1.9) world the new chunks may have a different height than the previously existing ones.
