What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Trade horses amongst players, using a command like: /horses trade <player> <$amount>, which would pop up a confirmation to the named player asking if they want to pay "this" much for "this" horse, confirmed with /horses trade confirm/accept, hooking into Vault for the economy.

Please provide any additional information below.
