What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I would like to have the ability to configured which worlds Herobrine is allowed to run it via a whitelist instead of the current blacklist.

Please provide any additional information below.
We use the TARDIS plugin which uses MultiVerse to create a new world for each TARDIS to reside in. This is done in an automated fashion and does not require admin intervention. I do not want Herobrine running in these TARDIS worlds. As it currently works now I need to periodically check to see if any new TARDIS worlds have been created and manually add them to the Herobrine config.

Alternatively I would prefer to configure the allowed worlds vs the disallowed worlds.
