Version 4.7 - The "What the hell? He can do that now?" Update

This update focuses on bringing more capabilities to Herobrine, allowing him the ability to do more then over before. This update also requires a CraftBukkit and Bukkit build of 1.4.2-R0.2 or higher.

+ Ability to build pyramids (can be disable in configuration file).

+ Ignore players with the "herobrine.ignore" permission, and commands with "herobrine.commands".

+ "Nightmare World" is a special world (can be disable in configuration file) that can be randomly entered when a player goes to sleep. This world is host to ghasts, bats, and cave spiders. Similiar to "The End", it's hard to survive here, and the only way out is death. Also, events are 400x more likely to happen here.

+ Gift yourself a "Holy Sword" - /hb createholysword

+ Gift yourself a custom book - /hb createbook

+ Send a player to the "Nightmare World" - /hb nightmare player

+ Create a pyramid near a player - /hb pyramid player

+ Force unleash Herobrine - /hb forceunleash
