Changelog

Version 4.4 - The "Halloween" Update (Just in time for Halloween!)

Overview:

Herobrine is no longer an attacker, instead he focuses on dynamic scariness. Instead of on-demand altar spawnings, altars now increase chances of things to happen. Also, there is no longer an attack command. He now appears (and stares) near/at players (and will continue to stare as they move) for random amounts of time. He is more likely to target alone players, especially alone players at night.

Changelog:

  • Removed random chests, they were stupid, and not scary.
  • Removed "attacks", he will no longer attack (i.e. there is no command) and it will not happen by altar (read on).
  • Removed torch smashing and fire trails, since he no longer attacks, there is no use.
  • Altars now work differently, they decrease the action chance (make things happen more often). The more an altar is used, the more likely things are to happen.
  • He now correctly looks at the player, and will continue to as you move.
  • He appears near the player (random distance away), and will stay for a random amount of time (1 second to 7 seconds).
  • He does not take damage, as he will despawn before a player can get to him.
  • He disappears if a target player switches to creative/adventure mode.
  • Action system is much more dynamic! More active to alone players, or at night, and players can make him more active by using an altar.
  • Herobrine might send a "message" when it player loads the server in his server list.
  • Added /hb teleport command to teleport to Herobrine's position.
  • Fixed command messages.
  • Fixed console output not displaying all it should.

Sincerely, steaks4uce - Happy Halloween!
