This is the second public release of HCFactions whose changes include:

• Optimization of player join event
• Optimizations with nametags (FTeamWrapper)
• Various other optimizations
• Execute /f top async (can be safely done, eliminates main thread lockups on /f top bal)

If you'd like to use the latest async features with nametags, enable async-wrappers.
