Had a suggestion & was asked to post it here if I was interested, so here goes!
Was wondering if it's possible to make guns have mob-specific power, i.e. a gun that is anti-Creeper, or which does no damage to Zombies, etc- maybe through the Effects?
Essentially, I'd like to see the possibility of making a mob immune to some guns, but susceptible to others. What I particularly want to do is, for example if I have rifles, shotguns & pistols on my server, to say that only Zombies will only take damage from Shotguns, and that Shotguns will do large extra damage to Zombies (maybe an actual health/damage value vs mobtypes in each gun's effects).
