NEW ADDITIONS:
consolePhrase.java

Users can now configure what messages the plugin sends to the server/players.
CHANGES:
Configuration changed to look prettier, and make more sense.
Certain configurations shuffled to the two new YML files "phrases.yml" and "console_phrases.yml".
Changes made to code to work with new configurations.
BUGFIXES:
MySQL server not correctly adding/removing players.
TODO:
Fix crash when server shutsdown, if using MySQL.
^^^ Above crash does not occur if "stop" is run from in-game.
Add support for colors in the new configuration.
Add more information to mySQL server, such as who added a player, and when.When server shuts down from the console, plugin briefly crashes, if using MySQL.
