3.4 Updates!

• ALL CAPS spam is fixed.

• Added /TransferClaim to convert an administrative claim to a private claim for any player. Requires adminclaims and adjustbonusclaimblocks permissions.

• Some players (TaterTotsYum!!) found a way to cheat /siege that would prevent others from getting the items they dropped when dieing and/or logging out. So now, when you lose a siege, your items go directly to the winner's inventory. Anything that won't fit drops at his feet.
