0.7.1: fixed bug with Durability not working for snowgrenades. (Thunder)

CustomgrenadeEffectArea: 7

1. How big (in Blocks) the area, in which players are getting the Effect, is.

• You need to give the permissions. (isnt really an caveat, is it?)
• May not work with other Plugins, which let you throw Snowballs, Eggs, your Custom Grenades or Slimeballs with Left Click.
• The new Durability Feature needs testing!
