    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.cast the fishing rod at an itemframe in a protected area

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Items fall out of frame

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.5.6

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    There are no errors on console

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I have set Grapplinghook config: usePermissions: true

    I have also negated perm  -grapplinghook.pull.items
