You are supposed to be flung to the position of the hook, instead, it behaves as a normal fishing rod.

Are there plugins that are known to conflict with yours?
The only thing in the config that I tweaked is the number of uses you get out of each level of hook.

bump if bumping does anything

most of the time when you try to use the grappling hook, it fails.
