I really like the addition of the holy books, but players started to spam "/gods bible" so the free and repeative reproduction of holy books should somehow be restricted.

Just like in real life, it was my intention to support the priest being able to spam/mass produce bibles for handing out to any random person on the street :P

But of course it makes sense to have a config setting for a cooldown.
I'll just whip that up for the next version.
