    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Cant get married. says: the user is not a believer
    2. can't invite people. says: the user is already a believer even though he isn't
    3. when i pray, i always get the message: Your prayer power is missing in ENGLISH_GENERAL.YML

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    1. marry a bliever
    2. invite people
    3. not to get that message

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest version

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I use Spigot 1.8 version
