    Everything else seems to be off, there is no issues with holy stuff or other perms. Just that quest rewards are given.

    Ideally, Gods really should ignore players completely if they are in "off" worlds. No messages, no sliding happiness. Nothing. It should be like that player is offline (as far as Gods are concerned).
