Hello !

I'm owning a french server and i love you'r plugins, but their is an important bug.
With lastest build of spigot : "Spigot 1331 version 1.7.2-R0.4-SNAPSHOT" and their is a problem.
When i made it everybody can see him, but when i restart the server, or teleport and come back, or just disconnect and reconnect,
items frames disapears, when i do /fp get and right-click  i can see their is my item frames on but can't see the image.
It's very strange i try to do it on my test server and same problem with this version of spigot.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Make a server with the version of spigot : "Spigot 1331 version 1.7.2-R0.4-SNAPSHOT".
- Install FramePicture.
- Try to fp multiset one.
- Move at more than 30 blocks (try with 100 blocks) far of you'r framepicture
- Look how did he disapear !

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Multiset has been having a lot of troubles for me lately on newer 1.7.2 builds [note: this plugin does not yet support 1.7.5].

I can also confirm that frames have been losing their pictures when certain things happen, such as logging off and back on.

I placed about 25 frames with pictures at my world's spawn, and they remained there without an issue. However, when I placed 2 frames at a "HQ building" far away, as soon as I left the server and joined back it was gone. Rebooting the server did not fix the issue.

Additionly, the very same problemo. However, I'm a Bukkit Beta Build user.
