Added:
- Reload command, use /Fly Reload to reload the plugin.
- Player won't take damage after fly disables
- flyp.takeDamage permission

Fixed:

- If the command sender was a player. Before, if a console sent the command, there would be an error

  - Plugin.yml is missing the new version number, as well as the new permission.
