Changelog

- Added Economy support
- Added Vault dependency
- Added charge amount for Economy currency in each tier
- Added the option to use the economy portion (If it's set to false in the config, you still need Vault, but you won't need an economy plugin)

- When the config reloads, all the default comments are erased, so please look through the config BEFORE starting the server with it.
