Probably fixed an NPC related NPE. Re-added the teleport to faction home on death feature. Fixed a bug related to claiming (thanks AEtherSurfer)

NOTE: Do update to MCore 6.5.1. This version of Factions will run on MCore 6.5.0 but MCore 6.5.1 contains a few bugfixes you might want to benefit from.
