• Small code rewrite to make everything look neater inside code for future updates.

• Fix a bug where you could type /ea in the console - No longer allows to you toggle ExplodingArrows in the console.

• Added permissions! Add explodingarrows.use in the group you want and the group can use explodingarrows!
  
• Changed the command to something shorter. Its now /ea - Use /ea to activate the exploding arrows feature. Changed from /explodingarrows. Alot shorter. :D
