Players cant create/use exp bank #10

    Even after giving default players the commands in essentials they still aren't able to place a sign with the code and get a working exp bank.

    Any ideas on how to fix this, as op I can place a sign and interact with it no problem without commands. But even my placed signs they cannot interact with.
