- Added /nick [nickname] - Added /ignore [playername] - Fixed /heal command - Fixed /sethunger command (It may not work the way you want on 1.8 peaceful and there is no way around that) - Added a config node to remove nicknames on leave or not.

The ignore command doesn't work that well and will be fixed next update or removed.
