Hi mate.Must say I love the plugin.
I have a few large glass structures on my server and breaking them results in a very laggy server while the glass breaks. (I'm running on a 6 core PC with SSDs and 8GB ram, server assigned 4GB, and on my local connection. )
Because of this it made me think of a few new features.1 Limit break rate. Breaking blocks will spread at a configurable rate. You could set this up so if you fall on a glass floor for example it slowly starts to crack and you can jump/run to safety. If done with stone could have an Indiana Jones effect where the temple crumbles around you.

This is an interesting idea. Not something I had thought of, but, it should be pretty easy to add in, as I actually already have a delay running, lol. It's only 1 tick, but adding a config option to change it would be simple.
Thanks for following my guidelines. :) It's not so much a huge deal now, but when I first released the plugin, people were leaving comments with 8 or 9 suggestions in them, and It was a huge pain... lol
I'm a software developer myself (not in java) so I can appreciate having millions of new features thrown at you at once.
If its not too difficult to do perhaps you could have the block actually crack, but not break immediately after landing. when the block breaks the ones around it crack, then a tick or so later they break, then the ones around them crack and so on. If you can configure the delay between each crack I can think of a couple of fun minigames to try out. like a glass obstacle course with lava underneath
