EM v4.2.4 Patch build

Changelog compared to last release (4.2.3)

• Fixed errors with monster spawners
• Fixed some unused code
• Fully removed custom web connections, plugin only pings hidrendras mcstats backend once every 30 minutes.
• Rewrote a large chunk of the pvp / mob damage blocker and spawner egg blocker
• Added some checks which prevented the plugin from handling cancelled events (very very good thing!)
• Various other clean ups and fixes
• *Side note on the file size - Couldn't find the culprit of the rather larger size of the plugin, will look into it
