What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would like to use a permission node instead of the whitelist configuration parameter.

Please provide any additional information below.

A permission node like enderhoppers.use will certainly do the job.

The intent is to make it work so that they work in a claim-based way. the Whitelist was just something I was able to add in only a few minutes so I could actually release this.

What I mean by claim-based, is that the owner of a claim can determine how this functionality works, for example, whether it can take items from ender-chests, and put them inside of ender-chests, at a claim level, so that a player could have a claim where they build something with others (thus other players have build perms) but deny the ender-hopper functionality so they cannot take or place items into their ender chest.

I understand the point of claim based permission but I would like to restrict ender hoppers usage so only a group of player (vips) can use theim.
That's why I'm asking for the addition of a permission node.
