• Removed debug line
• Fixed previewed enchantment not persisting and, as a result, enchanting not working on 1.11+

Unfortunately, Spigot seems overeager to re-fire the PrepareItemEnchantEvent in its current state. Without a bit of fiddly inventory work, there's not much I can do to prevent the levels available from constantly rerolling - every time the inventory is changed, even the lapis payment slot, the PrepareItemEnchantEvent is fired 2-3 times.
