Please note: If you are running a build of Spigot/CB containing the EnchantmentOffer patch, you need to update your server to the latest 1.11.2 to fix enchantment tables - until 2 hours ago at the time of this release, a bug in CB caused plugins to be told there were 3 bookshelves present at an enchanting table no matter what.
