Added a command to show the player what the maximum enchant levels are. Command is /maxenchants. I will be fixing the formatting in the future.
Set it so that it cancels the enchant if a banned enchant (max value <=0) is detected. That way you don't lose the experience for it. The player will have to reattempt the enchant and try for a different one. This means that if Sharpness is set to 0 and it draws a sharpness, fire aspect sword, it will cancel. I will make it calculate a new experience value in the future.
