Description
There are a lot of plugins that let you toggle/do something by simply hitting a Sign or typing a command. But that's a little unrealistic. If you can't hit a Piston with your hand to make it work, why should any other mechanism be any different? ElectriCraft lets you move mechanisms, build new block structures, control lighting, create electrical devices, and more ALL with the power of Redstone!

Installation
- Place the ElectriCraft.jar into your /plugins folder
- Run and close the server to start ElectriCraft
- ElectriCraft's config.yml and .ecf block files will be auto-generated
- Customize it how you want!

Bugs/Issues
- Let me know what you find, please! Submit a Ticket if you have any issues.
- Furnaces currently don't maintain their direction when switching between on/off states. It looks best as floor/ceiling lights for now.
- Plugins that modify the drops of blocks MIGHT conflict with protected blocks and drop them anyway.
I know this has already been brought up, but I have been searching for something 'just right' and still not finding it... My players and I Love LOVE LOOOOOVE this Plugin! Still figuring out alternating uses as well. :) I'd give you a hug for all of the effort and time you've put into this... however I wouldn't want to be to awkward :3
Anyways... I want to find a plugin, or see if one of you Geniuses would be willing to do a plugin (I'm still far to unlearned in the ways of coding/scripting to know anything) That would be Separate from EC, but allow to set vulnerabilities to Mobs (to say Electric Fences and or Gates) Or point me in the direction I've aimlessly tried to find myself :/ Also probably a bad place to put this in, but Pumpkins also don't maintain their direction when 'powered' :) Haven't had problems with the gates, or Time Sensors 'yet' however if you cross a 'cube' and 'gate' it may cause a server freeze... or run live redstone wire a block under a 'fence' gate, it sometimes freezes... Also if you have a player (yes I have one) that made a building out of Fenceposts... and try to run redstone or power anywhere within one block... it has actually froze and crashed my server lol I'm assuming something to do with reading it as 'lamp posts'? anyways We Luv You Long Time! We LOVE this Plugin! (I finally made an account to comment for the first time, because I love this plugin so much!) <3

To be perfectly honest, I am not sure! Is this the problem with a lever being placed above or below the sign? I will have a look at this too and see..

I think that colony88 is right... This is already a fairly heavy plugin and doing something like this would make it heavier still.

As I replied earlier, it could be possible, but then we would have to double the amount of lines of coding as it also checks if the entity is human or not. It IS possible, but it would make the plugin even heavier.
asked this earlier too but ansver to that got deleted for some reason.. would it be possible that mobs takes damage too from traps (redstone,fence)?

Glad to here it! I am going to have a look at the nether over the next couple of days. Turning off the sound may get rid of the annoying sounds but not really a long term solution! I will attempt to look at it over the weekend and will hopfully have something up by Monday (sooner if I can)

Whatever was fixed within the Time Sensors has fixed the excessive clicking sounds with having other blocks one block above the repeaters, redstone and redstone torches when used in the normal World.
However, there is still a problem in the Nether World. ALL redstone, redstone torches, repeaters, buttons, levers, etc cannot be too close to the netherrack or it causes the new netherrack lamps to light up and/or create these excessive clicking sounds. I do see we can turn off the sounds for these lamps and turn off the lamps completely, but can this be fixed to not always light up the netherrack lamps and still have the use of these lamps?
The netherrack blocks around the redstone setups have to be one block away (top, bottom and all sides) to keep the clicking from occurring. Like: Repeater, Space, Netherrack... or replace the blocks with any other block. Like: Repeater, Stone, Netherrack.
It just would be nice to have everything available to be turned on and working right. For now though I can turn off the new lamps to fix this problem. Thank you very much for this updated version. It's really appreciated! :)

I've been having a problem with redstone setups having excessive clicking noises when any blocks are set on top of any redstone torch or repeater. This only happens while using the ElectriCraft plugin as when it's removed the clicking stops. I only run Essentials and MineBackup plugins along with it and never had this problem before this last update.
Can you please fix this? I'd love to use this plugin again, but it's making our creations be larger than needed just to hide the setups and not to have the clicking noise.

and i cant get quick sand to work.. every time i turn redstone on, soul sand turns to glowstone..
