For this version of EggChest I removed The isOp argument in light of a new permission of (EC.AllowAccess), This can be placed in GroupManager or PEX under any group to allow access to the command and the EggChest's. The Auto Update Should Have Updated To V4. + Overhauled code to remove the unnecessary kick feature that is no longer needed.
