Add possibility to use percent values for price changes.

i.e.:

Dirt value 2.00 - pchange: 1.18

Sell 1:
Dirt new value: 1.9764 (or 1.98)

I think you get the idea.

Why? Because changes to the prices would be less dramatic for stuff with generally lower value (like Dirt, Cobble)

that's a good idea. I'll 'accept' this right away.
