Fixed bugs
- Fixed a plugin loader problem with Bukkit 1.7.2-R0.3 development builds
- Moved the version file for update checks to a server that responds within the time limit

- Slightly adjusted the command help
- Added /unban as alias for /dynunban
- Tested with Craftbukkit build 2991, might break at any time when using development builds
- Update checks of older versions will no longer be updated (they mostly didn't work anyway, but I thought I should mention it)
