Bukkit

Major changes:

• Added killcode for Keep-state-offline. The feature is disabled for now. Have no idea how to fix this with what the API offers
  
• You can now customize messages
  
• Added a new broadcast system
  
• Added a list for what players have duty mode on, /dutymode list
  
• Updated to the latest Bukkit build
  
• Minor fixes...
  

• Wrong username in broadcast messages, will fix this as soon as possbile!
  
• Reloading not working, will fix this as soon as possible!
