Major changes:

• Added /duties reload and /duties disable, also moved /dutymode help to /duties help
  
• Fixed, not clearing inventory and armor when entering duty mode.
  
• Fixed some minor issues on enabling and disabling duty mode for other players
  

• Setting experience isn't working. It's an bukkit issue: https://bukkit.atlassian.net/browse/BUKKIT-47
  
• If you are logged out while in duty mode and the server shuts down, duty mode won't turn off automaticly and you will lose your survival stuff
