Bugfixes:
    - permission dt.* not working correctly (Ticket #139)
    - statdragons now do not get removed when restarting the server (Ticket #124)

New feature:
        - option to set a "required item" which a player needs
            to have in his inventory to use DragonTravel (Ticket #114)
                   => bypass-permission "dt.notrequireitem"

IMPORTANT: Due to the fact that the new feature required new options in the config.yml and the messages.yml you'll need to delete those files and let DragonTravel generate new ones on server-startup. Don't forget to backup your old files, so your configuration doesn't get lost.
