Beta Release

• Players with a compass in their hand will have it point to their nearest owned or rented district
• Players and renters will receive status messages when they login if they were offline when something happened
• Rentals now work correctly and leases renew. Players and landlords can terminate leases at the end of the lease period
• Bugs fixed and some testing completed.

Beta - Release is for testing.
